As we know, in 2022, DEIB is as important as ever for companies to focus on to ensure its employees a safe work environment. More and more companies are being blasted on social media and the news for a non-equal workplace. My work lately has been revolving around this. We all have done DEIB training. I love seeing this effort from the place that I work at. Being a minority myself, this makes me feel like I do belong and my impact is worth the hard work.
