Key Contributions at Project Lead The Way (PLTW) Upon joining PLTW in 2017, I spearheaded the integration of animation, expanding the company's video content beyond its previous live-action focus. My contributions quickly extended into critical operational improvements:

• Process Optimization: I initiated the adoption of Trello for project management, standardizing task tracking, and developed a Microsoft Forms workflow to streamline weekly workload management.
• Brand & Resource Management: I established a centralized brand guidelines site, serving as a single source of truth for our team and writers, which also houses our live project intake forms, fostering greater collaboration.
• Driving Engagement: Currently, I am focused on developing interactive landing pages designed to enhance student engagement across all 50 states, D.C., and U.S. territories.
